L’Academie Hotel is a training restaurant located in Spring Hill, Brisbane. L'Academie provides students of the Shafston School of Hospitality the opportunity to work in a live service kitchen and on the restaurant floor, putting into practice the skills that they have acquired in theory classes.
We invite you to join us for lunch Tuesday to Friday from 12-2pm or dinner Monday to Saturday from 6-9pm in our spectacularly appointed dining facilities. Reservations are available until 1pm and 7pm respectively to ensure patrons are given enough time to enjoy each of the three courses.
L'Academie also features a bar with an extensive range of wines and a café offering fabulous coffee and a wide selection of cakes and slices from our world renowned in-house pastry chefs.
