The L'Academie restaurant can seat 80 patrons and offers an ever changing menu offering a selection of the finest meats and produce from local and international suppliers.
L’Academie Hotel has its own café separate from the restaurant, offering a wide range of sandwiches, rolls, wraps and hot food. L’Academie Hotel is proud to introduce Plern Chanprom, known to us as PC. PC is an internationally renowned Patisserie Chef, working at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel for 16 years before becoming a part of the L'Academie Team. His cakes, slices, macaroons, cheesecakes and cookies are all to die for.
Utalising PC's unique talents we are able to cater cakes and pastries for all occasions. Please allow a minimum of two days notice for all orders. Please view our cake list for further details.
