BALLET
As the essential foundation for all dance styles, ballet develops posture, balance, and flexibility. The agility gained through this training is not only vital for dance but also provides a significant advantage in various sports and physical activities.
L’Académie students wishing to enter Royal Academy of Dance examinations must attend a minimum of two RAD ballet classes per week.

CONTEMPORARY
Contemporary dance is an essential part of a well-rounded dancer’s repertoire, blending elements of modern, jazz, lyrical, and classical ballet. These classes build agility, strength, and flexibility while using a variety of music to assist in self-expression and performance. By exploring this style, students enhance their technical skills and learn to contribute to the social and cultural dialogue of the performing arts.

JAZZ & HIP HOP
Our Jazz and Hip Hop classes are designed for students who want to build style, confidence, and rhythmic precision. Dancers will master everything from the sharp lines and powerful turns of Jazz to the high-energy grooves and footwork of Hip Hop. By focusing on agility and musicality, students learn to express their unique personality through movement while developing the strength and coordination.

BALLET – VAGANOVA
The method has been designed to gradually introduce students to ballet elements that are used in 20th century ballets. The training enables dancers to work on building strength and flexibility to reduce and prevent injury. The Vaganova Method encompasses coordination of the arms and legs, core strength and facial expressions and is used in the world’s leading ballet schools
